Overview:
The Mastercard Franchise and Legal Solutions (FLS) program is a suite of services which maintains and enhances the foundation of the franchise by understanding evolving business needs. Role
- Develop application logic for a multi-component system of applications.
- Ensure final product is highly performant, responsive and of high quality.
- Deliver completed code on time and with minimal to no defects or failures.
Ensure all new logic maintains current unit test coverage standards or higher.
- Help maintain code quality and enable automation.
- Support testing resources as needed to remediate defects, answer questions, and assist with automation tasks.
- Actively participate in the agile ceremonies including Daily Scrum, Story Grooming, Sprint Planning, and Retrospectives.

+ International experience and cultural awareness covering Americas, Europe, Canada, India and China.
+ Knowledge of blade manufacturing is preferable, combined with explicit knowledge on Quality tools, Systems and Processes, Audits, Control plans.
+ Strong English language skill (verbal and writing).

+ Perform technical feasibility study and firmware architecture design and integration

+ 4-Year bachelor's degree / 4 + 2-Year Master's degree in Power electronics/ Electrical / Electronics
+ 1-3 Years of experience in Embedded Firmware designs
+ Use of recognized best practice firmware/software development methodologies and processes
+ Strong expertise in embedded C language
+ Hands-on experience with embedded firmware developments tools like IDEs, debuggers etc.
+ Hands-on experience in firmware development for power electronics products like Power converters, VFD etc. using MCUs like STM32, TI C2000.
+ Knowledge in motor control algorithms like V/F, FOC etc.
+ Knowledge of Control system design
+ Basic knowledge of Analog and Digital circuits
+ Experience in using the lab equipment like Oscilloscope, Function generator, Multimeter etc.
+ Experience in problem solving, testing and debugging skills
+ Experience in generating design, test, and verification documents
+ Experience in developing communication protocols like I2C, SPI, and MODBUS etc.
+ Experience in simulation and firmware development using tools like MATLAB, PSIM etc.
