We are Building From Scratch, and You Could Lead It.


Kumaran Systems has been delivering IT excellence for over 33+ years, powering some of the most trusted names in Banking, Insurance, and Telecom. Now, we are entering our next chapter. We are rebuilding our Marketing and Sales engine from the ground up, and we are looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager who can make it happen.

Your Mission


You will build the entire Banking & AI marketing arm of the organisation, including strategy, campaigns, content, and team. You’ll rebrand Kumaran across digital channels, drive qualified leads from scratch, and help us open new logos in BFSI and beyond.


What you will do


  • Rebrand our website + product microsites (Kumaran.ai, FinTaaS, eGRC, KTAC, DQV, and a Product in Ideation).
  • Own digital campaigns, SEO, and content.
  • Deliver 30–50 qualified leads per month from the 3rd Month onwards.
  • Build and mentor a small, high-impact team in Chennai.
  • Partner with TBD Sales (US East) to convert leads into wins.


What You Bring


  • 8–12 years in B2B IT marketing (services/products).
  • Experience building marketing from zero in a mid-sized tech company.
  • Hands-on with LinkedIn, CRM (Zoho/HubSpot), SEO, and analytics.
  • A go-getter mindset, strategic thinker, tactical executor.
  • You thrive in lean, accountable environments where results speak louder than reports.
