  • Work closely with clinical, product, operations, and leadership teams.
  • Manage vendors and agencies for campaigns and creative execution.
  • Provide mentorship and prioritization guidance to a Marketing Manager (not a direct report).

Drive Strategy & Performance

  • Plan, execute, and analyze campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Report on KPIs and set up reporting processes for data-driven decisions.
  • Test and explore new engagement strategies and marketing technologies.


What We’re Looking For

Required Skills & Experience

  • 6–8+ years in marketing, with proven success in multi-channel campaigns (SMS, email, social, print).
  • Strong grasp of digital marketing tools, analytics, and segmentation .
  • Exceptional project management and ability to juggle priorities.
  • Leadership and communication skills; experience with onshore/offshore teams a plus.
  • Data-driven mindset with creativity in execution.
  • Healthcare or regulated industry experience preferred but not required.
