- Before taking a printout of the bill, the details mentioned in the bill needs to be explained clearly to the attender along with the break up. On acceptance, a printout could be taken accordingly.

- Any error in the billing is not acceptable and, in such situation, the billing staff needs to take complete responsible of the deficit occurred.
- File and maintain all documents pertaining to the patient in an orderly manner.
- No billing counter staff is authorized to provide discounts unless a prior notice has been given.
