We are currently seeking a skilled healthcare professional to join one of our accounts for clinical trial screening interviews as a freelance professional. Here are some key details about the opportunity:
· Freelance collaboration: Healthcare Professional for clinical trial screening interviews
· Location: India
· Languages: Proficient in Urdu
· Time commitment: minimum 3 hours per day screening patients (Monday through Friday).
· Training: Complete paid Comprehensive Training Session with the client to ensure you are well-prepared for the tasks.
· Project Duration: I t will vary depending on the specific study requirements. Typically, these projects can range from a few weeks to several months.
Additional Information:
· Workload: Varying. Please let us know how many hours you can cover per week.
· Call Duration: Each screening interview takes typically less than 15 minutes.
· Training: The client will offer comprehensive information on specific studies during the training sessions.
Your role in this project involves contacting candidates within 48 hours of them volunteering on the client’s platform. You will conduct interviews based on a provided script, and you will receive paid training.
Depending on the candidate’s responses, they will either be disqualified or forwarded to a research site to be added to the trial.
Each combination of call and reporting is estimated to take approximately 15 minutes. You are required to attempt contact with each candidate up to 5 times. If a candidate cannot be reached after these attempts, they will be considered disqualified.
Payment for this project is based on completed interviews, which include:
- Candidates who meet the criteria and are sent to the site to participate in the trial.
- Candidates who do not meet the criteria and are disqualified.
- Candidates who are not reachable via email, text message, or phone after 5 attempts and are therefore disqualified.

We are hiring a highly experienced and visionary Chief of Medical Services (CMO) to join a reputed and established hospital known for delivering exceptional healthcare. The ideal candidate will bring over 15 years of progressive clinical and administrative experience , with strong leadership in managing multi-disciplinary hospital operations. This is a senior executive role that directly influences patient care outcomes, medical staff performance, and compliance with clinical governance standards.
The Chief of Medical Services will serve as the strategic head of all clinical departments, overseeing medical operations, quality control, patient safety, and coordination between hospital administration and clinical leadership. This individual must ensure alignment between the hospital’s clinical goals and operational strategy while maintaining the highest standards of care, ethics, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and oversee all clinical services and hospital departments, ensuring seamless integration of medical operations with administrative and support functions.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical policies and procedures to ensure patient safety, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency .
- Act as the primary liaison between hospital administration, medical practitioners, and department heads.
- Monitor and improve quality indicators, patient satisfaction scores, and adherence to medical protocols and clinical governance.
- Recruit, supervise, and guide senior consultants, physicians, and clinical managers, promoting a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
- Collaborate closely with Quality, Nursing, HR, Operations, and Finance departments to maintain clinical excellence and operational synergy.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations including NABH, JCI, and other quality accreditation standards.

- Drive the implementation of evidence-based clinical practices , digital health records, telemedicine initiatives, and other modern healthcare delivery tools.
- Represent the hospital’s medical division in external forums, professional associations, regulatory bodies, and strategic planning committees.
- MBBS with MD/MS/DNB in a clinical specialty is mandatory . MHA/PGDM in Hospital/Healthcare Administration is a strong advantage.
- Minimum 15 years of experience , with at least 5 years in a leadership role such as CMO, Medical Superintendent, or Medical Director in a tertiary care hospital.
- Demonstrated excellence in managing clinical operations, multi-specialty teams, and large-scale hospital environments.
- In-depth knowledge of hospital accreditation standards (NABH/JCI), clinical governance, and medico-legal aspects.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
