  • +5 years of professional experience developing applications using the Microsoft .NET framework (.NET Core / .NET 5+), C#, and related technologies;
  • .NET Core backend development and React.js frontend development for enterprise-grade applications;
  • Azure (PaaS services, DevOps pipelines, secure configurations) and strong application security practices;
  • System integration patterns (APIs, messaging, event-driven architecture) and data protection;
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) for workflow, business process automation, and solution customization;
  • Microsoft ALM, D365/CRM online and Microsoft MEM experience is an advantage;
  • Proficiency with version control and issue tracking (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps); CI/CD and automated testing;
  • Fluent in English;
