Your day at NTT DATA
As a Cloud Managed Services Engineer (L2) at NTT DATA, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our clients' cloud infrastructure runs smoothly. Your day at NTT DATA

As a Cross Technology Managed Services Engineer (L2) at NTT DATA, you will play an essential role in maintaining our clients' IT infrastructure and systems. About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled developer to help build a custom integration solution for voice and chat communication between Microsoft Teams and Amazon Connect. The successful candidate will play a key role in building, deploying, and maintaining the integration that enhances the customer service experience, allowing MS Teams to manage both voice and chat interactions in one unified platform.
