As VP/AVP – Offensive security services, you will provide strategic and technical leadership for NopalCyber’s Offensive Security practice. You will lead and evolve core services such as Penetration Testing, Red Teaming, Application Security Assessments, BAS, AI Security and Threat Simulation. This role requires deep technical expertise, engagement leadership, and the ability to influence C-level clients while driving operational excellence across service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Own and lead the Offensive Security & VAPT function, including service line P&L, strategic delivery roadmap, team management, and client satisfaction.
Architect and oversee enterprise-scale VAPT and red team engagements, driving delivery excellence across infrastructure, applications, APIs, mobile, and cloud environments.
Engage directly with senior client stakeholders (CISOs, CTOs, Risk Leaders) to translate business risk into actionable technical assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
Define testing frameworks and reusable methodologies to standardize and elevate delivery across projects, including red teaming, threat emulation, and advanced attack simulations.
Direct a high-performing offensive security team, including Red Teamers, AppSec specialists, and security testers, ensuring their continuous development and engagement.

Drive operational excellence across testing engagements, ensuring timelines, SLAs, and KPIs (e.G., MTTR, false positive rate, TTP coverage) are consistently met or exceeded.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field;
a Master’s is preferred.
15–18 years of experience in cybersecurity with at least 5 years in leadership roles across VAPT, Red Team, or Application Security domains.
Demonstrated experience managing technical delivery and strategic outcomes for multiple clients or large-scale programs.
Preferred Certifications
Mandatory: OSCP, CEH

Required Experience:

**QA & Testing Lead Analyst**
**Position Overview**
The Lead Test (Quality Engineer) Analyst will be responsible for the strategy and implementation of designing and architecting manual testing and automation frameworks for both front end and backend for SAP S/4, SAP OTC using TOSCA
We are looking for a skilled SAP OTC (Order to Cash) Tester with experience in TOSCA Automation to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with SAP OTC processes and have a strong background in creating automated test scripts using TOSCA. You will play a critical role in validating end-to-end SAP OTC functionalities, ensuring the quality and stability of business-critical processes.
**Responsibilities**
**SAP OTC Testing:**
· Conduct functional, System Integration and regression testing on SAP Order to Cash (OTC) modules, including Sales and Distribution (SD), Billing, Pricing, and Credit Management.
· Validate integration points across SAP modules and with third-party applications.
· Review functional specifications and design test cases to ensure all requirements are covered.
· Analyze functional and technical specifications to create test plans and test cases for SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, FICO).
· Ensure test coverage aligns with business requirements and user scenarios.
· Define testing strategies for both System Integration and regression testing.
· Conduct manual and automated testing of SAP functionalities & integration
· Validate end-to-end SAP business processes to ensure quality and accuracy.
· Execute regression testing to ensure that new functionalities do not adversely impact existing systems.
**TOSCA Automation:**
· Develop and maintain automated test cases for SAP OTC processes using TOSCA Test Suite.
· Execute and troubleshoot TOSCA automation scripts, ensuring seamless automation across OTC functionalities.
· Collaborate with the automation team to optimize test automation strategies and improve test coverage.
**Defect Management:**
· Log, track, and retest defects identified during the testing lifecycle.
· Work closely with the development and functional teams to resolve defects and ensure timely resolution.
Documentation & Reporting:
· Prepare comprehensive test plans, test scripts, and test data to support SAP OTC testing activities.
· Document and report test results, providing insights on potential risk areas and defect trends.
· Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on testing objectives and results.
**Qualifications**
**Required Skills:**
· Hand-on test automation experience with preferably 2-3+ years at Healthcare or in the PBM industry.
· Minimum 5 years of SAP OTC (Order to Cash) testing experience.
· Strong expertise in TOSCA automation tools (certification preferred).
· Proven track record in creating and executing automated tests in SAP environments.
· Expert level system test automation experience.
· Expert level End to End testing experience across multiple product teams
· Experience in Agile development methodology.
· Good understanding of multiple test automation frameworks and Dev Ops.
· Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment, learn quickly and solve problems.
· Ability to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs.
· Demonstrated advanced technical and analytical skills.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adjust to meet the needs of the audience.
· Detail oriented with the ability to work and guide others during time constraints to meet deadlines.
**Required Experience & Education:**
- University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
- Minimum 6-8 years of work experience in SAP OTC (Order to Cash) testing experience & TOSCA Automation
- Strong desire to learn
**Location & Hours of Work**
· Full-time position, working 40 hours per week. Expected overlap with US hours as appropriate.
