Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and supervising daily banking operations, including account opening, deposit processing, and loan disbursements.

Strong knowledge of banking products, services, operational procedures, and regulatory compliance (e.g., RBI guidelines) is essential. Proven experience in managing teams and implementing operational improvements is critical. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills are necessary. Proficiency in banking software and core banking systems is required. This is a hybrid role.
