Respond to customer-reported issues in a timely manner, per service level agreements.

Genesys Cloud CX with Genesys Dialog Engine (GDE) or Genesys DX

Strong knowledge of Genesys Architect Flows and call routing

Hands-on experience with Bot Flows, Intents, Slot Filling, and Training datasets
