Qualifications:
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computational Linguistics, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of post-graduate research experience in NLP.
- Proven expertise in developing and deploying NLP models and algorithms.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML/DL libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn).
- Deep understanding of various NLP techniques, including transformers, recurrent neural networks (RNNs), and convolutional neural networks (CNNs).
- Experience with large language models (LLMs) and their applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
- Ability to work independently and lead research projects in a remote setting.
- Track record of publications in reputable AI/NLP conferences (e.g., ACL, EMNLP, NeurIPS).
