About the role

We're looking for compassionate, passionate and exceptionally qualified nurses to serve as the key link between patients and our multidisciplinary health team. The role involves reading medical reports, understanding symptoms, managing follow-ups, documenting progress, and ensuring patients receive continuous guidance and support throughout their treatment journey.


This is a part time, remote role . Candidates will first undergo a training period of 3 months, post that, the role will transition to a full time remote role if all the requirements are met . Post the transition, the salary will be at par with industry standards in nursing while adjusting for remote flexibility.


Work setup

This is a part time remote role, there are no defined work hours, Work will be flexible and may arrive at varying times. You can expect an average of 20-30 hours per week. However, we'll ensure that you do not work beyond your 30-hour setup per week


We strongly believe in work life balance. Post the transition into a full time remote role, the working hours will be full time, and we will ensure that your hours are defined and there is no variation in your schedule.


Minimum requirements

  • Preferably a BSc Nursing Graduate
  • Must hold a Registered Nurse(RM) License issued by any state nursing council in India
  • Must have a clinical experience of at least 2 years, preferably in a hospital setup
  • Excellent English proficiency- Strong command over English language, both written and spoken, with excellent articulation- Mandatory and non-negotiable
  • Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
  • High sense of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • Patience, empathy, and ability to handle sensitive conversations.
  • Comfortable with digital tools- Google workspace, Canva, follow up systems, custom platforms


Key Responsibilities


Patient Support & Care

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between patients and healthcare professionals, ensuring smooth communication across the teams.
  • Communicate with patients via WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, and phone calls regarding follow-up schedules, prescriptions, and progress updates.
  • Manage and track a caseload of 25-50 patients, ensuring timely follow-ups, resolving concerns, and maintaining patient satisfaction.
  • Track patient progress, sessions, schedules, and keeping systematic and up-to-date records within the internal system.
  • Receive prescriptions from health staff, ensure proper formatting and editing and send them to patients by EOD
  • Consistently keep up with all the patients in an empathetic manner to make sure all the treatments are being followed.
  • Address the doubts, worries, and questions of the patients and resolve them compassionately as soon as possible, escalate the case to relevant health professionals whenever necessary.
  • Maintain professional, empathetic, and supportive communication at all times to ensure clarity and trust.


Lead Management & Appointment Support

  • Manage incoming leads through Instagram DMs, WhatsApp chats, and Phone calls (No pressure to convert leads)
  • Read medical reports of leads, collect symptoms, and guide them in a better understanding of the programme
  • Assist patients and leads in booking appointments smoothly, collecting essential details such as symptoms and reports.
  • Escalate complex cases to doctors before confirming appointments wherever necessary to ensure medical accuracy and patient safety.
  • Provide guidance, motivation, and reassurance to potential leads and patients in a supportive, non-pushy way.


Coordination & Communication

  • Act as a bridge between patients and healthcare staff, ensuring clear and consistent communication across all touchpoints.
  • Manage the support inbox and escalate complex queries or cases to the appropriate health professionals promptly.
  • Accurately convey medical advice, instructions, and follow-up details from the health staff to patients.
  • Ensure all patient and lead communications are handled on time, recorded properly, and followed through until resolution.
  • Maintain organized systems for tracking, updating, and reporting patient progress and communication history.


Technology & Systems

  • Maintain detailed and structured documentation of patient follow-ups, treatments, and sessions using internal tools and systems.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness in every entry, making patient data reliable and accessible for the health team.
  • Use digital tools effectively to keep records transparent, consistent, and easy to track for ongoing coordination.

- Strong knowledge and understanding of medical records and terminology - Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills - Attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing and summarizing medical information - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in using medical software and technology - Fluency in English is compulsory - Proficient in MS Office applications

Candidates with experience in clinical and other fields will not be considered as experienced. If interested, they can join us for the training.

For freshers, we provide a 6-month training along with a stipend. Please note that this is non-clinical work involving reviewing patients’ medical records.
