As a Lead - Ad Operations & Analytics, you'll support the planning, execution, and optimization of ad operations. You'll work cross-functionally with sales, data analytics, product, etc. to ensure that there is optimal visibility of Ads to our users and also delivers outcomes for our clients
Key Responsibilities:
Support end-to-end execution of ad campaigns. Right from selecting doctors for the campaign, deciding on optimal impressions, to delivering outcome reports
Monitor campaign health, flag issues proactively, and participate in post-campaign analysis and reporting.
Identify process improvements and automation opportunities to streamline ad operations

Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in business analysis role and taking data based decisions
