+ **Process Optimisation:** Owning, optimising, and continuously improving end-to-end business processes. This includes identifying process gaps, streamlining workflows, and implementing best practices.
+ **Technology Implementation and Integration:** Overseeing the implementation and integration of Sales applications
+ **Stakeholder Collaboration:** Acting as a liaison between various IT functional, technical and QA leads for the requirements implementation.

**Experience You'll Need**
