We are looking for a proactive and fresh HR mind to join our Human Resources team as a Management Trainee. The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting the city-level Employee Relationship Operations, focusing on employee lifecycle activities, engagement, policy dissemination, and grievance management. Role & responsibilities
New Hire & Joining Formalities
Facilitate seamless onboarding and induction of new joiners at the city level.
- Ensure timely collection and submission of employee documents to Central HR teams.
- Coordinate with central HR/payroll/IT teams for ID creation, system access, and other joining formalities.
Maintain accurate onboarding records and trackers.
Engagement Programs
Support successful driving of the designed employee engagement activities at the city level.
- Drive participation and feedback collection for continuous improvement.
Promote a culture of inclusion, recognition, and collaboration.
Policy Awareness Sessions
Conduct periodic sessions to educate employees about company policies and code of conduct.
Serve as a point of contact for policy-related queries and clarifications.
Escalation of Grievances
Act as a liaison between the Corporate HRs and the employees for any workplace related grievances.
- Document the employee concerns and escalate them to the Central HRs.
Preferred candidate profile
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and empathy
- High attention to detail and a sense of ownership
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word
