Our client is seeking a strategic and experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of their HR operations. This hybrid role, based in **Delhi, Delhi, IN**, offers a blend of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Your duties will include talent acquisition and retention, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, and HR policy development. You will play a crucial role in shaping the company culture, driving employee engagement, and supporting organizational development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR best practices, strong leadership capabilities, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in managing HR functions across diverse employee groups and a proven track record of successfully resolving complex employee relations issues are essential. You will also be involved in workforce planning, succession planning, and identifying training and development needs. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying and addressing HR challenges, along with the ability to effectively partner with senior management. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention programs.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and performance appraisal systems.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive organizational culture.
  • Provide guidance and support to management on HR-related matters.
  • Oversee HRIS and maintain employee records accurately.
  • Support organizational development and change management efforts.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a progressive HR leadership role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, and compensation & benefits.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and HR analytics.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
