About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and technical support Engineer to support the 24x7 monitoring and management of our production platforms. The ideal candidate will have up to 2 years of experience and a strong willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to a high-availability operational environment.
You’ll be Responsible for?
- 24x7 proactive monitoring of platforms using tools like SolarWinds, Grafana, Nagios, ELK and Netdata.
- Configuring the alerts for infrastructure, applications and databases.
- Incident tracking and handling via tools like JIRA or Freshdesk.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and escalate based on severity and defined SLAs.
- Initiate/Participate in bridge calls for critical incidents and coordinate with internal teams.
- Support in root cause analysis post-resolution.
- Assist with release/change management communication and downtime notifications.
- Document known errors in KEDB and maintain ticket hygiene
You’d have?
- Strong knowledge on monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Grafana, Nagios).
- Strong communication and incident coordination skills.
- Experience in Linux environments, DB (MySQL/Postgres/AeroSpike) and Queuing Systems (RabbitMQ/Nats)
- Good understanding of IT & Networks - TCP/IP, DNS, LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls.
- Awareness of ITIL concepts.
- Basics of scripting languages (Shell/Python).
Education :
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- ITIL Foundation or Intermediate Certification preferred.

SEO / SMO Responsibilities:
SEO (Analytical Side):
- Keyword tracking & ranking reports for campaign-related terms.
- Monitor website/social traffic sources and CTR from organic posts.
- Audit SEO health of linked content (landing pages, microsites, YouTube, etc.).
- Suggest optimisation opportunities based on data.
SMO (Analytical Side):
