Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor Network & Voice Alerts through deployed NMS solutions (e.g., Broadcom NMS, SolarWinds, Zabbix).
- Perform alert management and reporting within 5 minutes of receiving alerts.
- Log calls and raise tickets with Vendors / OEMs / Service Desk / ISPs for Network & Voice-related issues.
- Ensure timely communication with stakeholders on incident status and updates.
- Execute timely follow-ups & escalations with service providers to ensure issue resolution.
- Manage closure and follow-up of Incident Tickets and Service Requests (SRs) through ITSM tools.
- Maintain updated records of all circuit details and vendor escalation matrices.

Preferred candidate profile
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of Networking concepts and NOC environment.
- Familiarity with Network Monitoring tools such as Broadcom NMS, SolarWinds, Zabbix.
- Ticketing knowledge using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, ManageEngine.
- Working knowledge of Alerts, Traps, and NMS/ITSM workflows.
- Knowledge of incident, problem, and change management processes (ITIL).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced 24x7 environment with strong focus on SLA adherence.
Preferred Qualifications:
