Six Sigma or Lean Management Green Belt certified alongside proven experience in the analysis & re-design of complex, multi-function business processes, leveraging recognised business process re-engineering techniques, Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen
Demonstrated experience of leading Medium profile projects / change management activities
Strong stakeholder management, influencing & presentation/oral communication skills

The job

The primary responsibility is to provide consulting solutions to clients as a part of Process Optimization Team by implementing Real Time Optimization and USC Plan/Schedule tools.

Develop and build Real Time Optimization models for refineries, plants that typically involve design, development/configuration, and on-line closed-loop implementation of detailed process simulation models utilizing a state-of-the-art real-time optimization development tool.

Develop and Build Planning/ Scheduling models for Refineries/ Petro Chemical/ Plants that typically involve Design, Model Building and implementation using state-of-the-art USC Planning and Scheduling tools.

Develop and build Reconciliation and Yield Accounting models for Refineries/ Petro Chemical/ Plants that typically involve refinery balance, product and yield accounting using state-of-the-art Product Accounting tool.

• Lead and manage the optimization of business processes across our organization. Will play a critical role in
  identifying inefficiencies, implementing process improvements, and ensuring the successful delivery of optimized workflows.
• Lead the development and implementation of business process optimization strategies to drive efficiency,
  reduce costs, and improve overall performance.
• Collaborate with senior management to align process improvement initiatives with the organization’s
  strategic goals.
• Communicate the benefits and impacts of process improvements across the organization.
• Oversee the analysis of current business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities
  for improvement.
• Implement process mapping, data analysis, and workflow automation to optimize operations and enhance
  productivity.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM (Business
  Process Management).
   

COMPETENCIES

• Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM (Business
  Process Management).
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt, Black Belt) or similar process improvement methodologies is a
  must.
• 8+ years of experience in process optimization, business analysis, or a related role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
