At Electrolux Group, we're embarking on a Digital Transformation journey, delivering world-class Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) solutions through our Consumer Direct Interaction Organization. As part of a Delivery team embedded at a Digital Product Organization, we are looking for a skilled Test Manager to join our dynamic team, supporting our growth across Europe, APAC, and the Americas. If you have a passion for quality assurance, a background in driving test strategy and executing test for large-scale E-Commerce/CRM/ERP/Cloud Native in-house digital products, thriving in a fast-paced digital transformation environment, we want you to be a part of our journey.
All about the role:
As a QA Lead, you will be part of the CDI XO Delivery Organization reporting to the QA Manager. Our mission is to enable smooth deliveries of high-quality digital products on time and budget in CDI XO, providing transparency to CAs and CDI stakeholders through out the software delivery life-cycle.
In your role you will be responsible for driving mainly test strategy and execution as well as actively support our journey to improve the test automation coverage in your Digital Product Area. While this is an individual contributor role, you will functionally manage Test Engineers to ensure test activities are executed successfully. You will interact closely with QA Managers, Product Managers, Product Owners, Delivery Leads, Engineering Leads, and Tech Leads to drive quality initiatives and ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet business goals, all while adhering to critical timelines.
About the CDI Experience Organization:
The Consumer Direct Interaction Experience Organization is a Digital Product Organization responsible for delivering tech solutions to our end-users and consumers across both pre-purchase and post-purchase journeys. We are organized in 15+ digital product areas, providing solutions ranging from Contact Center, E-commerce, Marketing, and Identity to AI. You will play a key role in ensuring the right sizing, right skillset, and core competency across these product areas.

This includes driving functional and non-functional testing activities across the team. Unblocking the team whenever needed, taking tactical discussions with multiple stakeholders. Drive main testing forums within its Product Area such as defect triage. Perform test execution at least 50% of their time.

Define clear acceptance criteria for each test phase of Major initiatives and country rollouts for CDI solutions. Ensure acceptance criteria are met prior to sign-offs forums, maintaining transparency with stakeholders and ensuring business objectives are met.
- Timely Delivery: Given the critical nature of delivery timelines, ensure all testing phases and deliverables are completed on time. Manage any risks that could delay the testing process, collaborating with stakeholders to mitigate potential impacts to project timelines and company targets.
