Description:
We are seeking a Product Marketing & Customer Marketing Specialist with exceptional writing skills and deep, hands-on expertise in Generative AI — especially in building and managing knowledge bases for Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). In this role, you'll create compelling product messaging, enable our field teams, and drive customer engagement programs all powered by AI-driven workflows you help design. This is not just about using AI tools; it's about engineering the underlying data, content, and systems that make them effective.

What You'll Do
Product Marketing:

- Conduct ongoing market and competitor research to identify opportunities and refine positioning, informing overall product and marketing strategy.
- Develop and execute integrated brand campaigns across digital, events, PR, and partnerships to strengthen LucioAI's presence and credibility in the legal industry.
- Build thought leadership by leading content strategy (whitepapers, blogs, case studies, reports) and establishing a strong presence with legal associations, industry bodies, and media.
- Monitor adoption, user feedback, and brand health metrics, iterating strategies to optimize product-market fit and reinforce market leadership.
- Partner closely with product, sales, and client success teams to ensure consistent messaging, alignment of initiatives, and measurable business impact.
- Act as the voice of the customer, leveraging insights from legal professionals to guide product, marketing, and brand strategies.
What We're Looking For:
- A full-stack marketer who can seamlessly strategize and execute.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in product marketing and brand strategy, ideally as an independent contributor.
- Bonus if you are a lawyer turned marketer with a deep understanding of the legal industry.
- Any relevant degree like, BBA, MBA in Marketing — or equivalent experience in product marketing & brand strategy.
- A creative mind with strong storytelling and branding skills.
- A proactive, self-driven professional who can own the marketing function end-to-end.
