Role and Responsibilities :

  • Works closely with the Accelerator Product Leader to stay connected to the needs of the WTW Businesses and Functions, in order to enable them to articulate the business scenarios, leveraging prompt engineering and emerging AI trends to enhance product outcomes
  • As a key member of a scrum team, the Product Owner is responsible for continuously grooming the backlog and working directly with Engineering and QA to facilitate software development and remove roadblocks
  • Prioritizes Release backlog and Sprint backlog to ensure stories are ordered in a logical manner, incorporating feedback from Engineering and Accelerator Product Leader, taking into consideration dependencies and incremental development goals

Qualifications

Requirements -

  • Overall 10-12 years of experience in Technology with 4+ years of experience in product development activities
  • Adeptness at learning new technology and tools with a self-starter attitude
  • Detail orientated, strong analytical thinker, capable of making key decisions based on solid research and knowledge of the industry
  • Verifiable high-competency when it comes to stakeholder management, capable of challenging the norm and driving discussions focused on clear problem understanding as well as possible solutions.
  • Working knowledge of AI technologies and prompt engineering practices, with the ability to apply them in product development contexts.
  • Awareness of current AI trends and their implications for enterprise software and user experience.
