- Maintain, update, and monitor the Sample Tracker; create weekly status reports to identify potential bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions.

- Create, manage, and regularly update product presentations, product briefs, and launch decks for internal stakeholders and executive reviews.
- Conduct online market research in the North American market to assess product feasibility and assist the Senior PD Manager in analyzing target costs.
- Work in close coordination with the Senior PD Manager and Senior PD Director to track product development progress.
- Maintain product documentation and version control via SharePoint and ensure proper archiving of product specification files, testing reports, and certifications.
- Develop and maintain a materials library for fabrics, leather swatches, hardware, metals, and wood color panels.
- Demonstrate experience in collaborating with international teams and managing projects in a global work environment.
- Assist the PD Manager in preparing Product Specifications and Product Information Files.
- Support sample reviews and factory visits (as required) to understand design feasibility and ensure product alignment.
- Provide ongoing support to the product development team and contribute to special projects or process improvement initiatives as assigned.
