We are seeking a Senior Lead, Lead who can manage the PMO team for PL Card vertical. The role involvesmanaging and building the PL Card product platform.
This role requires working collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team environment, identify, design & drive

Responsibilities
Create the platform for PL Card acquisition & card,portfolio management
Design customer journeys for PL card onboarding as well as conversion to PL
System design & requirements specifications based on product proposition
Identify new capabilities which can be integrated viz. E KYC, AA, EPFO, E mandate etc
Monitoring of Tech Ops KPI for platform
Identify growth opportunities for PL Card business and to leverage PL card platform effectively
Develop product features to enhance customer acquisition, usage of PL card
Drive capabilities for PL Card thru all BFL digital assets viz. Website, Marketplace & App
Responsible for Content Management and UI,UX on all digital assets
Liaise with internal stakeholders for communication & innovation tests
Lead initiatives to increase funnel efficiency & KPIs across channels
Work proactively with IT, Operations, Credit, Risk and other key stakeholders across the organization to resolve critical process issues in a timely manner
Deliver differentiation thru technology adoption
Qualifications:
Masters degree from Premier Institute
At least 3- years’ experience in BFSI domain preferably from Fintech
Understands financial products, technology platforms & has been in similar role earlier
A passion for how to use agile and lean practices to improve the speed and quality of delivery
Exceptionally high motivational levels and a self -starter
Strong Problem solving ability
Ability to influence peers and other individuals who are not direct reports
Strong communication and presentation skills

Role in Nutshell:

About the Position
The position represents an excellent opportunity to:
- Provide analytics to drive product opportunities
- Enhance existing product reports and dashboards, in addition to designing and enabling the development of new ones
- Promote collaboration among Global Public Product team members through platform and workflow management
- Provide various audiences (Global Product, Distribution, senior management, Nuveen Funds Board) with ongoing concise actionable insights
Major Responsibilities
- Manage processes for the accurate and timely dissemination of product information across various Nuveen groups (i.e. Global Product, Sales/Distribution, Marketing and Portfolio Management)
- Utilize internal and external databases (Morningstar Direct, Bloomberg, FactSet) to support team projects, synthesize data, and perform analysis
- Analyze data to drive insights and inform recommendations
- Implement automation opportunities while maintaining and monitoring data integrity
- Maintain dashboards for a variety of key initiatives
- Help manage platform for team collaboration and communication with key stakeholders
- Work collaboratively and build trust with team members across Nuveen
Required Skills and Experience
- Degree with strong academic credentials preferably in finance, statistics, mathematics, or technology related field
- At least 4+ years experience in analysis and visualization software (Python, Tableau, Excel, VBA, SQL, R)
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Strong and well-developed analytical, problem-solving and quantitative skills
- Excellent end-to-end generalist problem solving skills and ability to identify issues and analyses
- Results oriented with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent prioritization and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task across multiple projects
- Previous asset management experience helpful, but not required
