- Lean Product Development: Partner with engineering teams to implement lean principles in product development processes to reduce cycle times, improve product quality, and enhance customer value.
- Lead Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Identify areas for improvement within engineering processes, product development cycles, and operational workflows.
