Key Responsibilities

- Apply adult learning principles to make sessions engaging and effective.
- Maintain brand consistency in all presentations.
- Provide timely decks to Professional Learning Specialists.
- Support updates and revisions to Professional Learning Plans.
- Collaborate with U.S. teams during overlapping hours.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Design, Communications, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar role (experience with U.S. teams/customers preferred).
- Strong skills in PowerPoint and Canva (mandatory).
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Good research, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and tailor content for different audiences (teachers, principals, district leaders).

Responsibilities
- Grow the client base of YubiLoans by engaging in consistent client outreach through Linkedin, cold calling, emails and periodic client interactions.
- Assist sales team through setting up of demos/con-calls/ meetings.
- Participate in preliminary sales meetings and calls.
- Pre-qualify potential clients before reaching out.
- Maintain balance between outreach to be made to new clients as well as following up with existing interested clients.
