Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee their professional cleaning services in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, IN . This critical role will be responsible for the efficient management of daily operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, resource allocation, quality control, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of cleaning protocols and safety standards, and a proven ability to manage a team and optimize operational efficiency.

- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Train and mentor cleaning staff on proper techniques, safety procedures, and company policies.

- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Develop and implement operational efficiencies to reduce costs and improve service delivery.
- Manage staff performance, including appraisals and disciplinary actions where necessary.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their specific cleaning requirements and expectations.
- Maintain accurate records of staff attendance, work completed, and supplies used.
- Oversee the maintenance and proper functioning of cleaning equipment.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment for the cleaning team.
- Contribute to the development and growth of the cleaning services division.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the cleaning or facility management industry.
- Proven experience in managing and leading a team of service staff.
- Strong understanding of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and best practices.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using scheduling and basic management software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with staff and clients.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning services.
- Ability to work independently and make sound operational decisions.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of service quality.
- Physical ability to inspect sites and potentially assist with cleaning tasks if needed.
