**About the team**
We are looking for a **Project Administrator** to join our Europe & Asia Business Management team on a permanent basis to drive the financial performance of the ICF activities.
**Main Responsibilities:**
+ New project set ups in ERP system, in accordance with the contract and SOX regulations
+ Timely client billing and working with Project Managers to monitor aged debts
+ Supporting in calculating and posting of monthly sub-contractor accruals
+ Monitoring and analysis of project financials in liaison with the Project Finance controller and Project Managers.
+ Assistance with project re-forecasting in accordance with ICF policies and procedures to ensure revenue is being recognised correctly.
+ Ad-Hoc duties as and when required
**Basic Requirements:**
+ Excel skills to intermediate level (pivot tables, lookup formulas, advanced Excel)
+ Minimum 3-4 years' experience within finance function ideally gained within professional services, although all applicants will be considered, if they can demonstrate aptitude.

Role OverviewWe are seeking an Interiors Projects Advisor to spearhead growth for Hub and Oak’s Projects vertical. This role blends design knowledge, client advisory, and business development. The Advisor will act as a trusted partner for clients, landlords, and corporates by guiding them through the journey of conceptualizing, budgeting, and executing interior projects while ensuring seamless delivery with our design and execution teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Advisory & Business Development- Serve as the primary advisor to clients on their workspace or interior needs.
- Connect and Close new business opportunities in office, workspaces and other commercial interiors
- Cross-sell interiors services to existing Hub and Oak real estate and coworking clients.
- Build long-term partnerships with landlords, brokers, and corporate clients.
- Present tailored solutions, packages, and proposals that align with client budgets and timelines.
Design Knowledge & Pre-Sales Support- Translate client requirements into actionable design briefs.
- Confidently discuss layouts, materials, finishes, and space optimization ideas.
- Collaborate with in-house team to prepare concept boards, BOQs, and cost estimates.
- Position Hub and Oak’s “Economy, Premium, Luxury” packages effectively in client conversations.
Coordination & Delivery Oversight- Handover project to the inhouse Project Manager and Design Team for Execution
- Provide clear communication between clients and internal teams.
- Support in post-handover client satisfaction and repeat business generation.
Qualifications & Skills- Education: Degree/diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Experience: 4–7 years in interior projects, client advisory, or design-build sales.
- Skills:
• Strong relationship-building and consultative selling abilities.
• Solid understanding of interiors, materials, and fit-out processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to interpret and explain design/BOQs to clients.
• A problem-solving, client-first mindset.
