**Roles and responsibilities:**
+ **Support Project Charter Creation** :  Support development project charters to align with business objectives. 
+ **Project Monitoring and Tracking:  ** Establish and maintain systems to track progress, resources, and costs. Ensure timely tracking of project activities against schedule and cost parameters. Feasibility Studies and Risk Management: Support feasibility studies, risk assessments, and mitigation planning.

+ **Implement effective risk management practices** . Assist in conducting market research and competitive analysis.

+ **Communication, Documentation and Reporting: ** Support communication and stakeholder management plans. Assist in coordinating core and extended team activities. Creation and maintenance of action / decision log. Support documentation for team management. Assist in maintaining quality and regulatory documents. Prepare financial reports and provide regular project updates. 
+ **Project Change Management** : Support and documentation of project changes, including finance, resources, and scope. Handle cost calculations and change orders. 
+ **Support Supplier Management** : Support supplier research and selection, including tender creation and contract negotiation. Monitor supplier performance and manage ordering and invoicing. 
+ Assist in conducting market research and competitive analysis
+ **Project Closure, Transition and Lessons Learned: ** Facilitate administrative and system closure of projects. Archive project documentation and deliverables. Prepare for project transition to manufacturing teams. Facilitate project reviews and lessons learned sessions. 
+ **MIS Maintenance:** Regular/ Monthly updation of MIS for Projects; which includes Cost, Schedule, Scope, Risk, Stakeholders, Key Milestones and other reporting related with project.
**About you:**
+ **Experience** : Proven track of experience in operational and financial responsibilities, as well as resource allocation. Knowledge in combination product development, final assembly, primary containers, and packaging changes.

The Digital Technology (DT) Program Management Office (PMO) is currently searching for an experienced Project Management professional who can work independently in a matrixed environment. **Responsibilities:**
+ Manage the entire lifecycle of assigned programs, from initial scoping and requirements gathering to launch and post-launch analysis. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and resource needs.
+ Own the execution and successful delivery of your assigned initiatives on the strategic tool roadmap.
+ Develop and provide regular, clear, and concise status updates on your programs to stakeholders and the management team.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
+ Applicants should not have been enrolled in any prior Government Apprenticeship programs.
+ Applicants must have their Aadhaar number linked to their active mobile number and have a personal email ID. This is a mandatory requirement for registration and verification.
PLEASE NOTE:
Apprentices are expected to complete the tenure of the respective program track to receive the certificate of completion in accordance with the program guidelines. This timeline ensures you get the full value of the program and are best prepared for future opportunities. Apprentices may apply for full-time employee (FTE) roles at Google only when they reach the final three months of the apprenticeship program.
This is a hybrid role, which requires regular in-person work at a Google office. Relocation is not supported during the apprenticeship. We are looking for candidates who are committed to successfully completing the entire program in a hybrid capacity.
The whole process will spread across 18 to 24 weeks, kindly be patient during the same.
**Minimum qualifications:**

The Google Project Management Apprenticeship is a learning and development program for 24 months, Apprentices are expected to join in person at their assigned office and participate full-time (40 hours, weekly) throughout the program. The program includes work experience with a Google team supported by external training to empower those looking to start a career in Project Management. You will spend 20% of your time studying in a tailored training program and the rest of the time on projects with assigned Google teams to gain experience.
Selected applicants will be matched to a team and will need to co-locate, teams could be in Hyderabad, Gurugram, Mumbai or Bengaluru. Relocation assistance is provided for those who move +100km to their matched office location.
Apprenticeships are not a full-time permanent opportunity, the program is 24 months in duration. While the program is open to those who are interested in Project Management careers, recent graduates and individuals with work experience in other industries may apply.
