As the Program manager- TIS, you would be expected to manage the following
+ Drive and ensure TIS performance in terms of planning, execution and delivery on time.

**Summary:**
The Patient Assistance Program (PAP) Manager is responsible for managing BMS' programs to improve access to its innovative therapies in India. This role would require the PAP Manager to demonstrate a patient centric approach while developing and managing BMS's PAPs. The PAP Manager must have expertise in project management, cross-functional collaboration and data analysis & management.
**Job Description**
**Maintaining Operational Oversight**
+ Manage partnerships with external vendors and conduct periodic (weekly/ monthly/ quarterly) reviews of the vendors to monitor their performance as per the agreed upon KPIs
+ Proactively analyze gaps/challenges and devise solutions to improve operational efficiency of the PAP process
+ Serve as a bridge between the commercial team and the PAP vendor to ensure seamless flow of information permitted as per BMS Policies
+ Coordinate with stakeholders from other internal functions (Compliance, Legal, Commercial, Medical, Supply Chain, IT, Pricing) for efficient operation of PAP and timely resolution of any issues
+ Conduct field visits to understand feedback from key customers, analyze feedback received and drive changes wherever feasible
+ Analyze reports and curate actionable insights that can be disseminated to relevant internal stakeholders
+ Participate and coordinate relevant multi-stakeholder forums regarding PAP and share insights/updates during the meetings
+ Budgetary planning and oversight to ensure strong fiscal governance
+ Manage vendor agreements/contracts and review invoices prior to processing

+ Create and update relevant SOPs that govern the entire PAP/PSP process

**Job Summary**
Independently develops and applies advanced engineering techniques, concepts and approaches to unique engineering problems. Responsible for the supervision of project budget, schedule, technical output and performance of the engineering staff on projects of medium to high complexity. May have supervisory or management responsibility for a group. With minimal oversight from a Project Manager, interfaces directly with the Client on all technical aspects of the project including the management of change associated with the project work scope, contract terms or any subcontract contracts. Supporting business development of proposals.

Assists in developing, maintaining and updating engineering standards. Provides technical guidance to others regarding projects and disciplines. Independently applies knowledge and ensures compliance with BV quality program. Establishes related processes, and promotes a culture that is conducive to quality. Provides guidance and direction to others. Supports continuous improvement and change management efforts. Project Execution Responsibilities: Actively coordinates with all other internal/external team members on complex projects. Typically responsible for defining project schedules for single discipline or may have responsibility for multiple disciplines. Responsible for determining identification of key client interests and drivers on projects. Communicates client interests and drivers to project team members and develops approaches to accommodate these concerns in the performance of the work on moderately complex projects. Focuses on client's current needs and situations. May offer other services to the client. Typically provides support to business development or pursuit activities. Actively manages project changes directly with the Client with supervision from the Project Manager. Technical Expertise: Actively advances knowledge management of the enterprise and provides mentoring. As a subject matter expert, has additional expertise in a technical area, participates in professional societies by presenting papers, participates on technical committees, and assists with code/standard authoring. Is externally recognized in industry as an expert which enhances the Company brand. Operations/Management: Typically oversees performance management, career planning, recognition, learning and development, and corrective actions. Administrative responsibilities may include office administration. Ensures policies, procedures, and processes are effectively implemented and communicated for workgroup. Ensures adherence to corporate and division programs. May approve timesheets and expense reports.

A Project Controls Engineer plays a vital role in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects, ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. **Responsibilities and Duties**
+ Understand EPC scope of work and identify the project deliverables, milestones, and targets 
+ Collaborate with US counterparts, project managers, engineers, and other team members to gather project data and ensure accurate reporting.
+ Create integrated project schedule in P6, perform critical path reviews, identify schedule risks.
+ Resource loading P6 schedule.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Work in Program Management as a Project Control Engineer.
* Develop & update Schedules in Primavera P6 as per procedure. Solve P6 related issues, identify critical paths, discuss with PMs and finalize schedules etc.
* Cost Management (Setting up CBS, setting up cost tracking sheet, analyzing Cost Variance, CPI, performance analysis, spreadsheet updates, etc.)
* Invoice review of Contractors as and when needed.
* Change management (review of change requests for compliance with established program standards and processes, coding of change records, etc.)
* Document management including Procedure creation and any such documents required in the projects.
* Workflow development in MS Visio or any other software (This includes understanding the project workflow, discussion, finalization and submission)
* Dashboard development (using Power BI) with schedule & cost data integration or as per the requirement.
* Work on Risk Management tool (Risk Register, RBS, Simulation tools etc)
* Effective Communication, Smart work, Proactiveness & ownership attitude is required.
* Produce any type of Project Control Deliverables within deadline and ensuring quality.
* Execute agile type of multiple projects under typical program/portfolio.
* Use of Aconex software for Cost & Document module
* Work on advance excel & Power BI to carry out any type of project analysis
**Qualifications**
* Minimum BE/BTech Full time (Any Engineering Stream)
* Total Experience: 2-8 yrs.
* Should have experience in Primavera P6 advance using best work practices.
* Basic understanding of EPC Deliverable Sequence
* Candidate having working knowledge of Advance Excel is preferred.
* Interest to learn & develop project controls capabilities further.
* Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
* Basic understanding about the Project Management Knowledge areas & Planning Terminologies.
* Ready to work in 2nd shift (12:30 pm to 9:00 PM) to get 3-4 hours to coordinate with US Office according to the project requirements.
