About Us

Introduction:

We are hiring for Full Service Project Managers. This role is needed to ensure workload balanced within the team and ensure on time delivery of project deliverables.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and own research projects while being mentored, end to end working with all stakeholder
  • Own all the aspects of schedules and work closely with the operations team and RM
  • Identify risks that may impact the timeline or quality and effectively mitigate them by workable solutions
  • Work closely with RM to ensure project expectations are met regarding timelines and quality
  • Obtain all material/inputs necessary and advise on format required (including, questionnaire, images, video files, TBP, Report shell, schematics etc.,)
  • Facilitate project meetings, record all notes and follow-up on action items
  • Conduct project kick-off meeting to plan project deliverables and timelines
  • Procure Sample specs and Sample plan from Sourcing Manager
  • Review the questionnaire and coordinate with RM on clear and concise programming notes
  • Align Field Manager (FM) by submitting Field Request Form (FRF) for all trackers and weekend coverage
  • Manage Field with assistance for all Adhoc projects
  • Vendor management – External Sample vendors, Outsourcing, Shopper Fact, Eye tracking studies
  • Quota setup, Vendor redirects and testin
  • Deploy Surveys and work with sample and field Management teams (as needed) and ensure that project milestones are met as per the schedule
  • Monitor online survey deployment; provide updates to RM on survey completes
  • Proactively identify issues/delays and plan for resolution
  • Analyze, interpret, and prepare field reports with meaningful insights
  • Coordinate between Operations team and RM for on-time and Quality deliverables.
  • Check on delivery milestones and update the teams regarding any changes in project plan. Ensure efficient schedule management
  • Your Profile : 

  • Good communication skills – written & verbal
  • 2-5 Years of Relevant MR Experience
  • Adept at handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in teams
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & Word.
  • Knowledge of market research methodologies is a plus
  • Preferably Market research or Marketing specialization
  • Education and knowledge in Project Management will be an added advantage

    Requirements

    The Project Manager will consistently meet or exceed client expectations by ensuring exceptional service, quality, and cost efficiency on every project. Working with clients, colleagues across different accounts and a broad spectrum of resources, the Project Manager is expected to develop and grow those relationships whilst achieving/exceeding the expected margins by providing creative, technical, and business solutions.

    The PM is expected to manage projects of different sizes, genres and platforms and ensure their profitability, quality and on time delivery within the timeframe agreed with the client.

    They will be reporting to the relevant Senior Production Manager, responsible for assigned client deliverables and will partner with Portfolio Directors, Senior Production Managers & Project Manager peers to ensure the successful completion of client deliverables & outcomes (on time/on budget/first time right).

    Project Management
    • Work on projects, depending on workload and on the team’s needs. Estimate and plan projects from start to finish, with built-in contingencies.
    • Work with the Senior Production Manager and global team to ensure that the project’s specific workflows and
    • technical processes are well documented and regularly updated.
    • Lead project planning process and “kick-off” meetings and ongoing project-related meetings, as needed.
    • Work closely with Solutions Team, the Senior Production Manager, and the client directly to understand the scope and requirements of each project.
    • Advise clients on best practices and agree on project processes and timelines.
    • Monitor and coordinate project processes (pre-and post-production plan, postmortems, resources, QA plan, risk mitigation plans, CAPAs etc.) and collaborate with the teams in charge of those different areas of expertise.
    • Align with Global Resource Management Team on the projects’ resourcing in order to ensure that projects are resourced, perform according to the project instructions, client expectations, the company's procedures and within target’s project margins.
    • Oversee the project schedule, making sure that all parties deliver according to project schedule and company’s standards.
    • Continuously manage and adapt the work plan and resources required in consultation and agreement with the client and the rest of global team.
    • Work with the company's stakeholders to determine workflow and best processes to maximize productivity and minimize costs.
    Communication
    • Follow the development of the project daily through a quick and efficient communication with the client, receiving and following up on issues, changes in specifications, deadlines, or any other kind of related matters to the project.
    • Liaise with external vendors and internal resources involved in own projects, keeping a relationship tending to go beyond a simple supplier-customer relation with the aim of getting vendor's members involved and an important part of the whole creative localization process.
    • Keep a constant and open dialogue with the other PMs across accounts, building good working relationships with all the global team members.
    • Make independent decisions on work methods to be used on projects, while liaising with the global teams and Senior Production Managers and following established standards and procedures defined by the company and the clients.
    • Communicate regularly and professionally with clients, liaising with them to understand their goals and expectations and anticipating/addressing client needs and concerns to prevent issues.
    • Escalate and investigate with the Senior Production Managers and corresponding stakeholders any complaints or potential risks to the performance of a project according to KWS standards.
    • Proactively contribute to process and tool improvement initiatives at all levels (internal or client-facing, local or international).
    Financial performance
    • Input financial data, both sales and purchases, in administration tool for tracking, invoicing, cost control and quoting purposes.
    • Manage internal/external costs, monitor profit margin on projects. Act when margins are below target, liaising with the Senior Production Managers and rest of the global teams to address it.
    • Manage projects finances, including the necessary pre-invoice checks, WIP/Accrual management, forecast and quote assessments in an efficient and timely manner.
    • Manage cost estimates with vendors, making sure they follow the internal procedures and best practices. Ensure continued sustainability of the project in terms of budget, profitability, quality and client retention.

    Qualifications and Educational Requirements

    •  Experience either on videogames and/or localization sectors, be it on client or vendor side, with degree in Business, Audio, Translation, Computer Science or Games Development as an advantage.
    • Knowledge of production and/or CAT Tools is an advantage.
    • Good knowledge of PC and MS Office products is essential.
    • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills. Second language is a plus.
    • Ability to use good judgment to prioritize tasks.
    • Good organizational and analytical skills.
    • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a remote, fast-paced, complex global environment.
    • Able to manage sensitive and confidential information.

    Title : Project Manager

    Location : Bengaluru

    · Responsible for planning, organizing, managing, and controlling projects as well as communication on all aspects of the assigned project within the scope, time, cost and quality thresholds set

    · Responsible for leading and supporting the project team to ensure successful delivery and closure of the assigned project

    · Facilitates the development of the project artefacts and other documentation in collaboration with the project team

    · Facilitates regular project team meetings to review risks & issues and monitor project health and progress

    · Create regular Project Status Reports and distribute them to external and internal stakeholders

    · Manage and control costs to drive financially healthy projects.

    · Track the project profit margin by governing planned vs. actual efforts.

    · Provide training to others and assist them with their professional development

    · Responsible for managing corporate, customer and third-party vendor efforts to plan and implement SoftwareONE solutions.

    · Guarantee the performance of the teams, with quality and opportunity before the clients, and ensure that the guidelines of both the client's and the organization's frameworks are met.

    · Responsible for directly managing multiple projects across different service lines targeting more than 70% productive utilization on customer facing projects

    · Manages first level to mid-level client delivery relationships and resolve conflicts

    · Ensures team members support knowledge sharing and leverage the learnings from other projects

    · Track and manage project activities such as Schedule Management, Cost Management, Risk & Issues Management, Meeting Management and Change Management using standard templates provided by Global PMO

    · Raise change requests proactively, external and internal as applicable and ensure governance around planned vs. actual variance w.r.t schedule, effort, cost, etc.

    · Support project reporting activities on various tools as per the guidelines and complete all administrative tasks as needed

    · Log 40hrs of time every week in SwoDP tool ( SoftwareONE Delivery Platform)

    · Follow all guidelines w.r.t SwoDP tool including governing (approve or reject) project related time entries and expenses on weekly basis, and proactively before the monthly cut-off timelines

    · Complete revenue recognition activity (Month End Closing) for all assigned project on the specific date as per the guidelines

    · Set and ensure achievement of bi-annual goals w.r.t Performance, Development and Organization

    Relevant Experience:

    · Total experience not more than 10 years, preferably from a large service organization (ability to manage internal as well as external resources with a team size of atleast 7) implementing complex IT solutions

    · 5-7 years experience in core Project Management role and holding a PMP/Prince 2 Practitioner certification.

    · Implemented projects in Data-AI and/or cloud computing technologies or cloud services viz. Azure or AWS.

    · Candidates with technical certifications preferred- AWS Certified AI Practitioner, AWS cloud practitioner Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, M365 Fundamentals, Security, Compliance and Identity Fundamentals, AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate, etc

    · Candidates should have created detailed project plans in MPP and tracked the progress of the project by updating the project plan in MPP on a regular basis
