As Development Delivery Lead, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between project and technical teams. You will ensure the efficient execution of assigned tasks, proactively remove impediments, and drive successful project delivery outcomes.
**How you create impact**
+ You will be the IT Deployment single point of contact for assigned countries and/or projects.
+ Accountable for end-to-end delivery of all aspects within the responsibility of IT Deployment - including tender support, development, WCS automation, performance and regression testing etc.
+ Act as the primary interface between project and technical teams, ensuring smooth task assignment, execution and prompt resolution of blockers.

+ Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as velocity, cycle time, and defect rates.Use metrics to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
+ Report on team performance trends to stakeholders.
+ Facilitate retrospectives and implement lessons learned to improve future delivery cycles. Drive continuous improvement not only in processes but also in technical quality, team capability, and stakeholder value delivery.

**Introduction**

**Primary Responsibility**
+ Responsible for initiating and managing RFQ, lead time, should cost (Cost estimation) request assigned by internal stakeholders.

**Introduction**

**Primary Responsibility**
+ Responsible for initiating and managing RFQ, lead time, should cost (Cost estimation) request assigned by internal stakeholders.
+ Able to utilize existing supplier matrix for quoting, negotiate and award business to supplier.
+ Drive dual sourcing to ensure supply continuity, understand long-lead drivers and develop lead time mitigation strategies.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define sourcing strategies/ plans for NPI/ Pilot projects.
+ Responsible for supplier part qualification per inspection requirements for components identified as critical parts.

**Key Responsibilities**
+ Forecasts and communicates engineering, materials, and manufacturing requirements to suppliers. Provides input to outsourcing decisions by performing make versus buy analysis. Coordinates demand signals through MRP to minimize inventory exposure.

+ Actively mediates and partners with quality and engineering teams to resolve supplier quality issues for assigned product groups. Escalate issues to Commodity Business Managers when necessary.
