About The Role

As a Program Manager Intern, you will work closely with the BU Head to drive efficiency, support strategic initiatives, and ensure data-driven decision-making. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and industry trend analysis to identify high-GM opportunities and inform strategic planning for the Startup BU.
• Assisting in continuously updating and maintaining key performance dashboards and data sets, ensuring accuracy and providing real-time insights for the BU Head.
• Collaborating directly with the BU Head to map existing operational workflows, identify areas for improvement, and help design and implement new, scalable processes.
• Supporting the development of reports and presentations to communicate key findings and progress on strategic initiatives.
• Contributing to cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing the Startup BU's overall operational efficiency and strategic alignment.

Requirements

• Recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Science, or a related analytical field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, interpret, and present data effectively.
• Proficiency in data management tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) and a keen interest in dashboard creation/maintenance.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough research and synthesize information from various sources.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• A strong desire to learn about startup operations, business strategy, and talent acquisition.

We are expanding our reach by launching a global Affiliate Partnership Program and are looking for a results-driven Affiliate Program Manager to lead, scale, and manage this initiative.

Role Overview:

You will be responsible for building and managing our Affiliate Partner Network — including bloggers, influencers, business consultants, and content creators — who can refer companies that need hiring support. Your goal will be to onboard high-quality affiliate partners and help them convert warm leads into signed executive search agreements with our firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and optimize the affiliate recruitment strategy

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in Affiliate Program Management, Influencer Management, or Partnerships
• Proven experience building remote affiliate/influencer networks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
• Hands-on experience with CRM or affiliate tracking tools
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Preferred: Experience in B2B/Recruitment/HR/Executive Search industries

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Microsoft Program Manager to play a pivotal role in driving success of Microsoft projects and partner initiatives. You will be responsible for overseeing the execution and delivery of programs that align with Microsoft’s strategic goals as well as maintaining the relationship with clients, partners and Microsoft. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building collaborative relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define program objectives, develop detailed specifications, create comprehensive project plans and maintain project trackers.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality program by coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing resources, and mitigating risks. Assist in defining, tracking, and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success, including ROI analysis. 
• Create and manage partner programs, including training, resources, and support to maximize partner success
• Monitor and analyse partner performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Support the development and delivery of training programs to educate partners on marketing strategies, tools, and best practices. 
• Gather and organize feedback from partners and customers to assist in the continuous improvement of partner marketing strategies and best practices. 
• Contribute to the maintenance and updating of marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, marketing automation). Collaborate with partners to create joint marketing materials such as case studies, whitepapers, blogs, and videos. 
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities. Prepare competitor battle cards and partner summaries as and when required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in program management. Partner management experience would be a plus. Please note we are not looking for candidates with Agile/Scrum certification or product management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience in a B2B role and tech industry exposure
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Microsoft solutions and products would be desirable but not necessary
