Develop and maintain multi-level project schedules in alignment with client requirements, using tools like Primavera P6 , MS Project , and MS Excel , ensuring timely coverage of the full project scope.
Designation - Project Planning Manager
Department - PPC ( Project Planning Control)
Total Experience - 10+ Years
Location - Odisha, Gujarat, Noida(HO), Southern region, Maharashtra
Responsibilities
- Preparation of Project Schedule of different levels according to client requirement (Knowledge of software tools like Primavera P6, MS Project & MS Excel will be preferred) covering entire scope and within defined timelines
- Participate in kick-offs and on-going meetings with the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contractor(s) to ensure common understanding of project controls requirement
- Plan resources, arrangements & allocation of resources as per project plan and calculating optimal resources requirements ensuring of agreed /adequate resources available at site.
- Prepare and Review Erection Methodology.
- Ensure budget tracking against Purchase Orders or Subcontracts.
- Checking Erectors / Subcontractors bill according to agreed Payment terms. Prepare contracts negotiated revisions, changes & additional to contractual agreement with client, consultants and subcontractors.
- Review subcontractors/erectors planning and resources schedule for effective utilization of time & Cost.
- Tracking material delivery in SAP & Status of bought out materials, coordinating with Projects Head to ensure project execution on time
- Develop and maintain the Project Controls related plans and procedure
- Monitors construction schedules & highlights anticipated delays/deviancies in advance.
To analyze the gaps between the planned vs. actual and highlight the areas.
- Participating in project review meetings with clients/consultants for tracking project progress, & Conducting VC meetings with all stakeholders.
- Checking the equipment condition at the time of mobilization & the skilled manpower deployed on job.
- Monitored the CPM Network and controlled critical activities w.r.t time, cost and quality, ensuring that project steps are in alignments with business objectives, on-time and within budget.
- Development of New good experienced Erectors.
- Pre- Planning meeting (HO).
- Pre-Execution meeting (Site).
- Pre –Closure meeting (VC).
- Job Handover /Closure meeting.
- Site Visits & Meeting with Consultant/Customer.
- Handling PAN India projects.
- Coordination with all concerned Department /Plants.

**Responsibilities**
This role involves coordination with GCC service line verticals IPC partners design & build partners compliance team and IT and interact with all internal functional leads of respective delivery functions for RE and connect with clients account managers and client for project planning and execution.
Leads the Project management and governance of GCC projects for co-ordination delivery.
Define project timelines scope budget timelines resources plans for GCC real-estate.
Develop integrated project plan in alignment with respective delivery team.
Ensures project portfolios and programs align with the organizations/ Clients overall strategic objectives.
Develops and implements PMO processes methodologies documentation and standards.
SPOC for GCC projects and handle stakeholder management.
Monitors project performance identifies risks and track corrective actions.
Compliance Audit and Quality adherence checks and conformation.
Communicates project status to stakeholders and manages expectations
Analyses project data generates reports and identifies trends to improve PMO performance
