In our India team we are looking for a new firmware developer that create and implement firmware on our LED light therapy devices. You will work together with our team to create new, innovative and exciting light therapy products. So what will you do? 

Job description 

We are looking for a Quality Control Engineer. 

Your main tasks will include: 

  • Set detailed guidelines on what needs to be checked and what the quality standards are
  • Update our Quality Management System (QMS) with incidents, fixes and improvements.
  • Audit our systems based on ISO 9001:2015 requirements
  • Determine quality metrics for all manufacturing procedures
  • Monitor the entire production cycle and perform regular tests to identify potential malfunctions as early as possible
  • Inspect product materials(which includes PCB, Components, SMT, etc) and electrical systems for defects and durability
  • Identify the root of technical issues and recommend fixes
  • Prepare reports on malfunctions and corrective actions (e.g. number of defective raw materials per order)
  • Review current blueprints and quality documentation
  • Set and track quality assurance goals (e.g. reduce average turnaround time for quality checks by 20%)
  • Coordinate with external quality assurance auditors and technicians to ensure legal compliance
  • Work with internal teams to increase customer satisfaction by improving the quality of the products
  • Provision of records proving conformity of produced product to specifications. 
  • Responsible for product release based on manufacturing and QC records and/or reports. 

Requirements and skills

  • Bachelor degree in electronic is preferred with 2+ year of Experience.
  • Previous work experience as a Quality Engineer or similar role in any EMS or medical electrical device manufacturing company.
  • Hands-on experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and testing methodologies.
  • In-depth understanding of technical documentation
  • Great attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Team spirit, Good analytical skills.
  • Additional certification in Quality Control is a plus.
  • Knowledge of IPC-A-610 for electronics products assembly inspection.
  • Knowledge of ISO13485 preferred.
  • Hands on experience of Risk Management process as per ISO 14971
  • Good understanding of FDA 21CFR Part 822 / 820 (Good to have)
  • Familiar with tools like Monday.com, Office 365, etc.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced QA/QC Civil Engineer with a strong background in the construction of substations , overhead transmission lines (OHTL) , underground cable works , and building infrastructure . The ideal candidate should have SEC approval and be capable of enforcing quality standards, ensuring compliance, conducting inspections, managing documentation, and supporting continuous improvement in line with project requirements.


Candidates with prior Saudi or GCC experience strongly preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage quality documentation, including system manuals, national/international standards, technical data sheets, ITPs, and client specifications.
  • Monitor and inspect civil activities, from raw material acceptance through to final testing, commissioning, and handover.
  • Develop and implement quality procedures, inspection checklists, and method statements related to civil works.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and lead corrective/preventive actions for civil-related non-conformities.
  • Ensure project quality requirements are met in compliance with PQP, ITPs, PTS, MOS, checklists, and applicable codes and standards.
  • Perform internal quality audits to verify adherence to QMS requirements.
  • Coordinate closely with project stakeholders including construction managers, project managers, vendors, third parties, and the TQM team.
  • Provide technical guidance to the construction team for improvement in quality performance and compliance.
  • Review and prepare project quality documents and ensure complete documentation (QA/QC dossiers) at project close-out.
  • Monitor and report KPIs related to Quality Costs, NCRs, lessons learned, and trends in project performance indicators.
  • Review project technical submittals to ensure alignment with quality and specification requirements prior to implementation.
  • Maintain detailed QA/QC logs and reports, including NCR logs, proactive logs, calibration records, inspection logs, and lessons learned for reporting to the TQM department.
  • Understand and interface across multi-disciplinary engineering functions and ensure all are reflected in QA/QC deliverables.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 8+ years of QA/QC experience in substation, building, and infrastructure projects , including OHTL and underground cable work .
  • Experience with SEC or Aramco projects is mandatory or strongly preferred .
  • Strong knowledge of civil quality control procedures, inspection techniques, and material verification methods.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 (QMS) standards. Certification as Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor is preferred.
  • Proficient in interpreting civil engineering drawings, specifications, and technical standards.
