We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QC Incharge to oversee all quality control activities at our facility. The QC Incharge will be responsible for ensuring that products and processes meet the company’s quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role includes supervising the QC team, conducting inspections, managing documentation, and coordinating with production and R&D teams to maintain consistent product quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the QC team to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Inspect raw materials, in-process items, and finished goods for compliance with specifications.
Develop and implement quality control procedures, test plans, and checklists.
Monitor production processes to identify and address quality issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, tests, and corrective actions.
Coordinate with production and engineering teams for root cause analysis and problem resolution.
Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and external regulations (e.g., ISO, GMP, HACCP if applicable).
Conduct training for quality control staff on procedures, safety, and best practices.
Prepare quality reports and present findings to management.
Support audits and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field (Diploma acceptable for mid-level roles).
3–6 years of experience in a quality control role, preferably in (industry: manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, food, etc.).
Strong knowledge of quality assurance standards, tools, and methodologies.
Familiarity with ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 22000, etc.) and relevant regulatory requirements.
Hands-on experience with measuring instruments (e.g., vernier calipers, micrometers, CMM).
Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality reporting tools.
Preferred Skills:
Six Sigma, Lean, or Kaizen knowledge is a plus.
Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and quality management systems (QMS).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
Requirements
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification or vocational training in welding preferred). Proven experience as a welder (minimum 1–3 years depending on job level). Proficiency in various welding techniques and materials (steel, aluminum, stainless steel, etc.). Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents. Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship. Physical stamina and ability to work in demanding environments (heat, confined spaces, heights). Knowledge of safety standards and welding codes (e.g., AWS, ASME). Preferred Skills: Certification from an accredited welding school (e.g., AWS Certified Welder). Experience with robotic or automated welding systems. Knowledge of metal fabrication processes. Forklift or crane operation experience is a plus.

- Carbon-Sulfur Analyzer
- Muffle Furnace
- Titration Equipment
- pH Meters and other analytical instruments

- Assist in maintaining accurate test records, reports, and calibration logs in accordance with QA protocols.

- 2-5 years of laboratory experience, preferably in a metallurgical, steel, or ferro alloys environment.
- Sound knowledge of **wet chemistry** and **instrumental analysis techniques**.
