Position: QC Engineer – Radar Systems

Role Summary:

Responsible for ensuring quality compliance of radar sub-systems and final assemblies through rigorous inspection, testing, and documentation. Coordinates with production and engineering teams to deliver reliable, defect-free equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect incoming materials (PCBs, connectors, housings) and verify vendor certifications
• Conduct in-process checks during radar integration (power units, RF modules, antennas)
• Supervise final testing, calibration, and environmental/EMI-EMC evaluations
• Maintain QA documentation, NCRs, and support audits (ISO, defence agencies)
• Collaborate with teams to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong grasp of electronics, RF systems, and radar principles
• Proficient in ISO 9001, MIL-STD, and test equipment (spectrum/network analysers, oscilloscopes)
• Skilled in interpreting engineering drawings and PCB layouts

Qualifications:

• Diploma/B.Tech in Electronics & Communication
