We are hiring a Content & Platform Quality Manager to act as the guardian of quality and consistency across our MBI platform. The role combines content governance, process definition, and quality reviews, with potential to expand over time as our governance needs evolve.
The Mastercard Business Intelligence (MBI) Platform is a global gateway to business insights, thought leadership, and data visualization tools—leveraging clients’ portfolio data. Role Overview:
The Content & Platform Quality Manager is responsible for ensuring the overall quality and consistency of the platform through both functional/business testing and content audits. The role includes:
Defining and implementing quality standards, processes, and governance frameworks.
Conducting content quality reviews to guarantee clarity, accuracy, and alignment with MBI standards (UX design, content).
Acting as the governance / control point for published content, ensuring consistency across pages and compliance with standards.
Designing and executing UAT by coordinating acceptance reviews, tracking issues, and working with the platform team throughout release cycles.
Producing quality reports and dashboards to monitor issues, ensure timely resolution and keep stakeholders aligned.
Collaborating closely with UX, product, and platform teams to address issues, propose improvements, and maintain high-quality standards.

Skills:
Quality reviews & validation: ability to coordinate UAT, track issues, and follow up on resolutions.
Content auditing: skilled at reviewing copy and structure for clarity, accuracy, and user comprehension.
Process definition & governance: capacity to establish and maintain quality standards and workflows.
Reporting & communication: able to prepare clear updates and communicate issues effectively to stakeholders.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Economics, Digital Communications, Engineering or related fields (if combined with governance/operations experience).
5+ years of experience in content/ platform quality management, governance, or digital operations.
Proven ability to design and implement processes that improve quality and consistency.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.

This Product Management role will lead the product sales and expansion function for Operational Reports. Let me tell you about the role

  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Operating Management System (OMS) Sub Element 3.7 Transportation, with a focus on Road Safety.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to embed OMS requirements related to transportation and road safety within Castrol India, supporting systematic and effective risk management.
  • Develop and maintain clear, practical, and result-oriented driving safety expectations in line with Castrol’s OMS and India Driving Policy.
  • Support the Regions and Functions in meeting Indian regulatory, legal, and BP-specific requirements for driving safety and compliance.
  • Set performance standards for road transport safety and support functions in achieving HSE&C objectives and OMS conformance locally.
  • Supervise and verify compliance with relevant OMS SEs, BP policies, and local fleet safety procedures.
  • Proactively intervene and call out where driving safety performance or OMS conformance is below acceptable levels, ensuring timely corrective action.
  • Contribute to the delivery of Castrol India’s HSE&C strategy, policies, and road safety programs, ensuring alignment with national context and operational needs.

What you will deliver

  • Act as SME for road safety under OMS SE 3.7, driving alignment with Castrol’s India Driving Policy and global OMS expectations.
  • Lead induction and refresher training programs for frontline sales staff, admin teams, and third-party partners to build driving safety capability.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with Defensive Driving and Life Saving Rules (LSR) training across roles.
  • Monitor key driver behavior KPIs (speeding, harsh braking, etc.), publish weekly/monthly performance reports, and review trends with Regional Leaders.
  • Drive Journey Risk Management (JRM) implementation and ensure all frontline drivers enforce to journey planning protocols.
  • Circulate weekly safety awareness packs and reinforce Safety Leadership Principles (SLPs) through meetings, campaigns, and interactive sessions.
  • Conduct field inspections and driving audits as per Drumbeat plans and support Regional Leaders in distributor safety meets.
  • Implement field inspection self-assurance and PU-level risk assurance exercises; escalate critical gaps and ensure action closure.
  • Lead Driving Safety Committee meetings, track compliance, and maintain audit readiness across all sales regions.
  • Recognize and reward zero-deviation drivers through monthly communications and annual Club Zero Awards.
  • Facilitate mock drills, emergency preparedness checks, and employee engagement in office safety at Mumbai and Chennai sites.
  • Promote timely reporting and investigation of incidents using the 5 WHY method and ensure application of the 5-Step Learning Process.

What you will need to be successful

Education University degree (or equivalent work experience), preferably in a technical field. Formal health, safety, environmental or sustainability qualification (e.g. NEBOSH diploma) or graduation degree desirable.

Skills & Competencies

• In-depth knowledge of road transport safety, driver behavior programs, fleet risk management, and safe systems of work in multi-vehicle business environments.

• Demonstrated ability to design and implement driving safety initiatives across teams.

• Familiarity with telematics systems, driving behavior analytics, and digital fleet safety tools.

**II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

+ End to End Record to Report experience.

+ Ensure the accurate tracking of existing fixed assets and implements. Run Depreciation as per the deadlines and verify depreciation each BU books posted correctly.

+ Ensure all the fixed assets schedule compliance. Asset tagging, recording of movements in FAR.
+ Performing monthly close R2R process activities including accruals and amortization.
+ Good communication skills and should be able to handle global stakeholders.
+ Qualitative variance analysis for monthly, quarterly, and yearly P&L and BS movements.
+ Ensuring compliance to SOX/internal control/ statutory guidelines.
+ Performs a variety of clerical bookkeeping and accounting tasks, applying accepted procedures to the preparation and maintenance of accounting and other records, and preparing financial and/or technical reports.
+ Posts journal, ledger, or voucher books of accounts from advanced supporting data by hand or machine.
+ Completes financial account reconciliations and prepares appropriate journal entry adjustments for specific company accounts
+ May prepare summary sheets or other work papers for supervisor's use in preparing comprehensive financial statements.
+ Performs Month-End Close functions, managing the recording of financial journal entries, completing account reconciliations and managing fixed assets transactions.
+ May audit and proof accounting or other reports for clerical accuracy and conformance to departmental procedures.
+ Reviews and completed fixed asset transaction in accordance with company policies and procedures.
**III. Qualifications**

This role is primarily responsible for the preparation of financial statements and reports, month end closing and reporting, account reconciliations, compliance in local tax and reporting requirements.
**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Month end closing which will include accruals preparation, prepaid amortization, cost allocations and payroll accounting
+ Preparation of Bank reconciliation statements
+ Performing variance analysis (both PL & BS) and explanation (period-over-period actuals)
+ Provide support to prepare financial statements including balance sheet, statements of profit and Loss and Notes to Accounts as per Schedule III of companies Act, 2013
+ Fixed Assets accounting & maintenance of Fixed assets register as per USGAAP, Companies Act & Income Tax Act
+ Prepare journal entries and reviews accounting classifications in accordance with local GAAP

**Required Qualifications:**
+ CA
+ 1+ years of experience of handling financial statements and month end reporting

+ Knowledge of ERP (Ex: PeopleSoft, Excel, etc.)
+ Proven analytical skills & an inquisitive mind, solid communication skills and documentation ability, detail oriented, self-motivated and ability to proactively work toward a goal
