  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented improvements.
  • Manage process improvement projects from initiation to completion.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in process improvement, operations management, or industrial engineering.
  • Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent experience is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements that yield measurable results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab) and process mapping tools.
  • Excellent project management and leadership abilities.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or production setting.
