**Job Responsibilities:**
+ Manage a team of dedicated analysts supporting commercial real estate loan management functions for a top 5 global private equity client, working on their European book (approx. 70 loans - a mix of construction, operating and investment loans).
+ Mentor and lead the development of the team.
+ Communicate deal information and ensure that all members of your team adhere to appropriate workflows.
+ Design best practice processes and strategies to maintain detailed quality control checks and processes optimize accuracy and efficiency for the team.
+ Work in a dynamic team environment and participate in strategic initiatives identifying and implementing best practices and operational efficiencies.
+ Work closely with the AM teams mainly in Europe, with some collaboration with US and India teams.
+ Collaborate with European AM team to produce monthly and quarterly performance reporting updates and ensure team maintain updates on internal loan asset management system.
+ Collaborate with European AM team to produce AM recommendations and modifications.
+ Manage ad-hoc requests on loan portfolio and special projects from London based asset management team.
**Qualifications/ Requirements:**
+ Minimum of 8 years' experience in real estate industries in a lending, servicing, or asset management platform. European experience preferred.
+ Strong academic background: MBA or CFA level 1 preferred.
+ Effective communication (written and oral) skills with comfort communicating with all levels of both internal and external teams. (Fluent English speaker.)
+ Experience with loan asset management systems (such as RealINSIGHT) is a benefit.
+ Experience in management with ability to motivate, develop and coordinate a team.
+ High standard of proficiency navigating legal documentation (e.g. Guarantees). LMA experience is a benefit.
+ High standard of numerical and excel skills, e.g. cash flow modelling, calculating IRRs and debt service.
+ Experience working with multiple loan operations teams for funding & reconciliation processes.
+ Strong project management skills.
+ Shift flexibility aligning with London IST and ability to remote work where/when necessary.

**Essential Job Functions:**
+ 1+year prior US mortgage experience
+ Manipulate data using intermediate excel skills such as using XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot tables, concatenations, comparisons, and additional functions as needed
+ Analyze, research, and identify discrepancies in the data files used for reconciliation
+ Demonstrate knowledge of the post-close documents and their status of completeness, able to review and verify chain of assignments/endorsements.
+ Complete reconciliation analysis to generate collateral related tasks
+ Compare and reconcile CAM tasks to custodial exceptions
+ Review imaged documents, identify, and perform data input of relevant document data points for purposes of document identification.
+ Assist with performing quality control checks on input data to ensure accuracy.
+ Submit mortgage related documents to custodians for check in as needed.
+ Participate in special projects as assigned.
+ Promote and support positive team dynamics and professionalism among all staffing levels and throughout the company
**Special Requirements:**
+ Ability to work overtime including weekends as necessary to support and fulfill client timeline requirements.
**Qualifications/ Requirements:**
+ Any bachelor's degree
+ Expertise in Microsoft Excel including but not limited to Lookups (XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP), Pivots, Nested Ifs & Power Pivots.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with all the stakeholders.
+ Work both independently and in a team environment on complex quantitative projects across an organization and with external clients with limited supervision

+ Review loan files for completeness and accuracy including but not limited to calculation and verification of income & assets, evaluation of credit reports, purchase contracts, appraisals, title commitments, VOE, tax returns, divorce decrees, and other loan pertinent compliance documentation.
+ Evaluate debt & loan-to-value ratios, credit score, property valuation and various other factors.
+ Determine and document loan conditions, communicate requirements, and/or decisions.
+ Identify sale-ability issues, potential fraud and portfolio risks based on trends, red flags, and client's business practices.
+ Maintain knowledge of all applicable agency and non-agency underwriting guidelines.
+ Exhibit working knowledge of AUS to determine applicable loan conditions.
+ Other activities as may be assigned by your manager
Qualifications/ Requirements:
+ Experienced professional with 5+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically at a Senior Analyst or Analyst level role or external equivalent.
+ 5+ years of recent US Mortgage, mortgage front-line underwriting experience.
+ Knowledge and familiarity with current mortgage policies/procedures, compliance laws and regulations-including TRID-and understanding of mortgage regulatory changes.
+ High producer with attention to quality
+ Strong commitment to customer service and satisfaction
+ Excellent time management skills
+ Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
+ Detail oriented, with superior verbal and written communication skills
+ Strong PC skills, with demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office.
+ Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
