? **Job Responsibilities:**
+ Work in a team of dedicated analysts supporting a London based commercial real estate loan asset management team for a top 5 global private equity client, working on their European book (approx. 70 loans - a mix of construction, operating and investment loans).
+ Communicate deal information and adhere to appropriate workflows.
+ Work in a dynamic team environment and participate in strategic initiatives identifying and implementing best practices and operational efficiencies.
+ Work closely with the AM teams mainly in Europe, with some collaboration with US and India teams.
+ Provide analysis, recommendations and reporting support to individual London based asset managers on their allocation of loans (e.g. construction draw recommendations, internal reporting templates, quarterly asset reviews, lease consent analysis).
+ Interpret and analyze documentation to understand and extract key loan terms and monitor covenants, triggers, events and milestones.
+ Analyze Rent Roll data to calculate financial metrics (e.g. DY, DSCR, NOI, occupancy).
+ Ensure accurate dataflow maintained on the loan asset management system.
+ Maintain balance, interest & hedging schedules and manage reconciliations with operations teams.
+ Manage ad-hoc requests on loan portfolio and special projects from London based asset management team.
**Qualifications/ Requirements:**
+ Minimum of 2 years of UK & European commercial real estate experience in a lending, servicing, or asset management platform.
+ Strong academic background: MBA or CFA level 1 preferred.
+ Effective communication (written and oral) skills with comfort communicating with all levels of both internal and external teams. (Fluent English speaker.)
+ Experience with loan asset management systems (such as RealINSIGHT) is a benefit.
+ High standard of proficiency navigating legal documentation (e.g. Guarantees). LMA experience is a benefit.
+ High standard of numerical and excel skills, e.g. cash flow modelling, calculating IRRs and debt service.
+ Experience working with multiple loan operations teams for funding & reconciliation processes.
+ Excellent organizational skills.
+ Shift flexibility aligning with London IST and ability to remote work where/when necessary.

Qualifications/ Requirements:

+ 18 - 20 years of overall experience in the US Mortgage domain.
+ Managed a team of 200+ members.
+ Ability to assess, modify, and create new processes, procedures and controls
+ Ability to gather, research, compare and analyze complex data and develop clear logical interpretation and application
+ Ability to compose professional correspondence independently for internal or external clients
+ Superior verbal communication skills for client facing interactions
+ Superior verbal and written presentation skills for internal staff utilized in training and conducting meetings
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office including the basic functionality of Excel, Word and Outlook

**Qualifications/ Requirements:**
+ Any bachelor's degree
+ Expertise in Microsoft Excel including but not limited to Lookups (XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP), Pivots, Nested Ifs & Power Pivots.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with all the stakeholders.
+ Work both independently and in a team environment on complex quantitative projects across an organization and with external clients with limited supervision

Essential Job Functions:
+ Review loan files for completeness and accuracy including but not limited to calculation and verification of income & assets, evaluation of credit reports, purchase contracts, appraisals, title commitments, VOE, tax returns, divorce decrees, and other loan pertinent compliance documentation.
+ Evaluate debt & loan-to-value ratios, credit score, property valuation and various other factors.
+ Determine and document loan conditions, communicate requirements, and/or decisions.
+ Identify sale-ability issues, potential fraud and portfolio risks based on trends, red flags, and client's business practices.
+ Maintain knowledge of all applicable agency and non-agency underwriting guidelines.
+ Exhibit working knowledge of AUS to determine applicable loan conditions.
+ Other activities as may be assigned by your manager
Qualifications/ Requirements:
+ Experienced professional with 5+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically at a Senior Analyst or Analyst level role or external equivalent.
+ 5+ years of recent US Mortgage, mortgage front-line underwriting experience.
+ Knowledge and familiarity with current mortgage policies/procedures, compliance laws and regulations-including TRID-and understanding of mortgage regulatory changes.
+ High producer with attention to quality
+ Strong commitment to customer service and satisfaction
+ Excellent time management skills
+ Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
+ Detail oriented, with superior verbal and written communication skills
+ Strong PC skills, with demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office.
+ Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
+ Demonstrate professional behavior including Positive attitude, Punctuality, Dependability
