- Drive stakeholder management, ensuring consistent updates, alignment, and trust with hiring managers and leadership.

Requirements-
- 3–6 years of experience in tech recruitment, ideally with product-based companies or startups.
- Strong understanding of technical roles (engineering, data, product, IT) and ability to engage with talent effectively.
- Proven experience in market mapping, competitive benchmarking, and talent intelligence gathering.
