Key Responsibilities-

• Hiring Manager Engagement:
  Download hiring requirements, set clear expectations, and align on role priorities and timelines.
• Market Mapping:
  Conduct thorough research to identify relevant talent pools, competitor benchmarks, and compensation trends.
• Talent Identification:
  Figure out and tap into the right IP (intellectual property/ideal profiles) for critical roles.
• Own the end-to-end recruitment process:
  sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using innovative sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, GitHub, referrals, niche tech communities, etc.).

Requirements-

• 3–6 years of experience in tech recruitment, ideally with product-based companies or startups.
• Strong understanding of technical roles (engineering, data, product, IT) and ability to engage with talent effectively.
• Proven experience in market mapping, competitive benchmarking, and talent intelligence gathering.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to set and manage expectations.
