Role & responsibilities:
- Track candidates through the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- End-to-end recruitment for IT roles (sourcing, screening, scheduling, and follow-ups)
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques & tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.)
- Maintain and regularly update the internal candidate database and tracking systems.
- Effectively manage contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring requirements.
- Strong understanding of technical roles (Developers, Testing, Cloud, DevOps, etc.).
- Familiarity with ATS tools is a plus
- Excellent English communication skills written and verbal.
