Role Overview:
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading the sales activities within your assigned territory. You will play a crucial role in driving value-based sales process, revenue growth & building strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities
Responsible for driving the strategic sales plans to achieve the targets in the assigned territory for Specialty Diagnostics division.
Responsible for driving the activities resulting to secondary sales such as Customer Coverage, Roadshows, Demo Campaign, CMEs etc.
- Maintain continuous discipline in reporting all sales related activities in the CRM tool and timely submissions of Sales and Closing Statement.
- Responsible for driving the active leads and funnel management in the allocated region.
- Collaborate with clinical marketing specialists to implement the innovative marketing strategies in the assigned region.
- Responsible for good financial discipline with the premium pricing mindset
- Ensuring successful launch of all the new products in the assigned region
- Ensuring knowledge enhancement by self-learning and all the training programs conducted by the organization. Implement these learnings in the form of demonstrations to the clients highlighting the key features, benefits & value proposition of the products
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, opportunities and challenges within the region and derive strategies with the Zonal Head
- Ensure 100% adherence with company policies, compliance and ethical standards in all sales activities
Qualification & Skill Requirements
- B.Pharm/ Bachelor's degree in science branch. MBA preferred
- Minimum 5-7 years previous work experience in sales within healthcare diagnostics, devices or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong negotiation, analytical & problem-solving skills with ability to analyse market trends
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Goal-oriented, disciplined & self-motivated.
- Excellent communication (verbal & written) & presentation skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills & experience with CRM tools, MS office especially Excel skills.
