Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including makeup artists, salons, and retail partners, to drive sales growth and brand loyalty.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking within the cosmetics and retail industry throughout the North East region.
- Effectively present Kryolan's product offerings to customers, providing product knowledge and demonstrations.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and managing a well-organized sales pipeline.
- Conduct regular market research to stay informed on industry trends, the competitive landscape, and customer needs, sharing valuable insights with management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support regional promotional campaigns, product launches, and events.
- Represent Kryolan at trade shows and industry events, promoting products and networking with potential clients.
- Work closely with the supply chain team to monitor the supply of products to our authorized sales partners, ensuring timely delivery and adequate stock levels.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive monthly reports detailing sales performance, activities, key events, and market observations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the cosmetics or beauty industry, preferably with a focus on makeup products.
- A strong passion for makeup, a deep understanding of beauty trends, and knowledge of professional makeup application techniques.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage time effectively.
