Role Overview
Provides regulatory, security, and compliance expertise for Microsoft 365 migration and managed services in banking. Ensures all technical solutions are compliant with financial authorities across regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define security and compliance architecture aligned to BNM, MAS, OJK, GDPR.
• Implement Microsoft Purview, DLP, encryption, and insider risk management.
• Partner with Solution Architect to ensure regulatory controls are built into solution.
• Prepare compliance documentation for audits, risk assessments, and RFP responses.
• Act as SME during due diligence, client workshops, and regulator interactions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 12+ years in IT Security, with 5+ years focused on Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview, Compliance Manager, eDiscovery, Sentinel.
• Strong understanding of data sovereignty, regulatory controls, and identity governance.
