Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in project management within the renewable energy sector.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex energy projects.
- Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies, market dynamics, and regulatory environments.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and work effectively in a remote, global team.
- PMP or similar project management certification is highly desirable.
- Experience with financial modeling and contract negotiation.
