Role Summary
Own end-to-end store and pop-up operations while driving sales, customer delight, and tight inventory control. You'll be the on-ground owner for daily retail targets, VM, billing, staffing/training, exhibitions/pop-ups, and post-sales CRM follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities1) Sales & Customer Experience
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets, AOV, conversion %, and UPT.
- Deliver premium in-store experience aligned with BulBul's "Factory to Wardrobe" promise.
- Handle styling assistance, size exchanges, and grievance resolution on the spot.
- Capture customer data (phone, WhatsApp consent) for remarketing and loyalty.
2) Store / Pop-Up Operations
- Open/close procedures, cash/UPI/card settlement, day-end reconciliation, and petty cash.
- POS billing, barcoding/price tagging, discount execution, and GST-compliant invoicing.
- Maintain store hygiene, trial room SOPs, safety & loss prevention.
- Set up and dismantle pop-ups/exhibition stalls; manage fixtures, lights, signage, and promo materials.
3) Inventory, VM & Replenishment
- Daily cycle counts; weekly stock audits; shrinkage control within budgeted norms.
- Replenish bestsellers by size/color; manage RTV/RTS and inter-store transfers if any.
- Plan and execute collection drops with strong merchandise presentation and look-books.
- Implement seasonal/occasion VM (e.g., Navratri, weddings, festivals).
4) Marketing & Events Enablement
- Coordinate local marketing (leaflets, standees, collaborations, micro-influencers).
- Execute launch days, preview events, and exhibition offers; manage sampling/try-ons.
- Capture UGC and basic content (short videos/photos) for the social team.
5) People & Training
- Train promoters/assistants on product features, fabrics, fits, and selling scripts.
- Create weekly rosters, attendance, and performance notes; uphold grooming standards.
6) Reporting & Compliance
- Maintain daily sales reports (DSR), footfall, conversions, and returns/exchanges.
- Share event ROI sheets after every pop-up/exhibition (sales, cost, CAC, repeat potential).
- Ensure policy compliance (returns/exchanges, warranty, discount periods).
KPIs (What Success Looks Like)
- Sales:
Target achievement %, AOV, UPT, conversion %. - Inventory:
Shrinkage ≤ 0.8% monthly; stock accuracy ≥ 99%. - Customer:
NPS/feedback ≥ 4.5/5; repeat rate & WhatsApp opt-ins. - Operations:
Zero cash/UPI variance; on-time DSR submission; SOP adherence. - Events:
Positive ROI on exhibitions/pop-ups with clear lead capture & follow-ups.
Requirements
- 2–5 years in retail fashion/apparel sales & operations (ethnic wear preferred).
- Hands-on with POS, barcoding, basic Excel/Google Sheets; comfort with CRM/WhatsApp Business.
- Strong communication in English & Hindi/Gujarati; customer-first attitude and grooming.
- Physically fit for pop-up setups; willingness to work weekends/festive days.
Nice to Have
- Experience launching new stores/pop-ups.
- Basic content creation (phone photography/reels).
- Knowledge of fabrics, embroidery, and sizing in ethnic/fusion wear.
