About Us
We are an Interior Design firm with offices in Dubai & Mumbai , specializing in Retail Store Design, F&B and Corporate Interiors . To support our growing project portfolio, we are seeking Freelance Interior Designers who can contribute on a flexible, project-to-project basis.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts, layouts, and presentations for F&B, retail stores, corporate offices projects.
- Prepare detailed drawings, 3D visuals, and working drawings as per project needs.
- Collaborate with in-house team, consultants, and contractors to deliver project milestones.
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, client requirements, and timelines .
- Provide support during mall/client approvals and design modifications (if required).
- Coordinate remotely while being available for site visits when necessary.
Skills & Requirements
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office
- Strong design flair with an understanding of branding, detailing, and functionality.
- Basic knowledge of MEP integration in interiors.
- Self-motivated, deadline-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
- Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Interior Design / Architecture .
- Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B, Retail or Corporate Interior design projects.

Job Description
JOB PURPOSE
- To assist stores team for proper management and issuance of materials and inventory at store, adhering to the SOPs.
ORGANISATION CHART
This position reports to Store incharge
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Below activities, mainly related to Satellite Stores / Circle Stores
- Periodic update on inventory, dismantled materials and utilized materials.
- Entry of Material receiving and issuance in SAP and Smart EMS Portal.
- Monthly Physical Reconciliation of Material and ensuring all inward/outward should match with balance inventory at each location.
- Coordinate with Store In-charge and support him in Internal & External Monthly/Quarterly Audit, as and when scheduled.
- Arranging local resources / labors for material management in store (Material unloading, arranging etc.).
- Preparation of MIS on materials inward, outward, and returning of dismantled materials to Discom.
- Interact with DEOs / SDAs and ensure all documents and material received timely and if any discrepancy found should coordinate with them for resolving.
- Co-ordination with DI/ CI , Stores Incharge , supply chain team for efficient material management.
- Assisting operations team in Implementation Partner’s material reconciliation, along with Satellite Stores reconciliation
- Adherence of SOPs.
- Support Operations team for old meter brought-in process related to material handling.
- Maintain Store Hygiene.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES - Additional Details
- Understanding of SAP MM module is very much desirable.
- Basic Knowledge of Electrical Meters its types and other material used with meters.
- Capable of maintaining records of store related activities.
- Experience of conducting Material Audits.
- Capable of communicating shortages/excess in material with Vendor/Implementation Partners.
