AAA Associates, based in Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh, has been operational since 2012. We were the first in the region to introduce Diesel generators and manage the distribution of Honda and Mahindra DG's, while recently launching power tools from Bosch and Stihl. We are the only organized retailer in Arunachal Pradesh for international and indigenous brands, with a retail footprint in Assam as well. Our organization operates through two divisions: Power Tools & DG Division and Retail Brands' Division.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Store Manager, located in Naharlagun. The Retail Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the store, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing store staff, and maintaining inventory. Additional duties include monitoring sales performance, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and fostering a positive customer service environment.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in Store Management
- Strong Communication skills
- Experience in Retail Loss Prevention
- Ability to manage staff effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is beneficial
- Proven track record of successful retail management
