The team
Hitachi Digital is a leader in digital transformation, leveraging advanced AI technologies to drive innovation and efficiency across various operational companies (OpCos) and departments. We are currently seeking an expert Lead AI Engineer to spearhead our new AI initiatives and enhance our existing Agentic AI capabilities, while also building new AI products and refining current models to meet the evolving needs of our business.

The role
In this role you will lead the design, development, and implementation of AI models and algorithms using Agentic AI and Agent Workspace for Google Gemini and EMa.AI. You will drive new AI initiatives across different OpCos and departments, ensuring seamless integration and functionality and enhance and refine existing Agentic AI capabilities to improve performance and scalability.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and workflows, conduct research and stay updated on the latest advancements in AI technologies and methodologies. Additional tasks in the role include optimization of AI models for performance, scalability, and accuracy, as well as troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to AI systems and applications.

You will also document AI development processes, methodologies, and best practices, mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to team members. Provide strategic direction and leadership in AI technology adoption and innovation.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field; PhD preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in AI model development, with a focus on Agentic AI and Agent Workspace for Google Gemini and EMa.AI.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
  • Primary experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP); experience with AWS and Azure is a plus.
  • Experience with GPU-based AI model development is a plus.
  • Extensive experience with Generative AI (GenAI) and Large Language Models (LLMs) is required.
  • Experience with AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
  • Knowledge of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and natural language processing.

The role
The UC Engineer role requires an innovative thinker who can apply traditional Telecom concepts to the world of cloud and digital transformation. We are looking for someone who has good exeperience in strategic sourcing across different categories. Hand on experience is a Global Procurement environment would be a plus.

Your Career

As a Transformation Success Architect, you are a critical part of the Transformation Success Architecture Team, ensuring our most important customers have a successful deployment and security operations transformation with XSIAM. You will act as the technical orchestrator for large and complex XSIAM deployments, engaging after the technical win and seeing the project through to production. Your primary goal is to make sure the customer realizes value rapidly by educating their operations teams on XSIAM capabilities and helping them apply these to their own SOC workflows. You are the key technical leader who directs and coaches our field teams to ensure a successful deployment.

Your Impact

  • Serve as the single technical orchestrator for large, complex, and strategic XSIAM deployments
  • Direct Professional Services (PS), Solutions Consulting (SC), and Domain Consulting (DC) resources, orchestrating workstreams to ensure a successful customer deployment
  • Educate and align customer security operations teams with XSIAM capabilities, running "day in the life" sessions and ensuring they can apply XSIAM to their specific workflows
  • Coach and train field DC and PS teams during deployments to build their skills for future projects
  • Define, develop, disseminate, and improve best practices, templates, and knowledge that can be used by the broader field to scale our deployment capabilities
  • Provide technical and product consultation while managing escalations and issues throughout the deployment lifecycle
  • Lead customer workshops and gap analyses to assess customer needs, define outcomes, and identify any risks to a successful deployment
  • Document improvement recommendations from deployments to feed back into our processes
  • Help transition the team's focus long-term to a "health check" process and expand our success model to new use-cases

Qualifications

Your Experience

  • Senior level technical acumen with XSIAM/SIEM solutions, including deep technical knowledge of all XSIAM capabilities
  • Excellent customer-facing communication skills with strong executive presence
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate resources across multiple internal and external organizations
  • A coaching and training mindset, with a proven ability to mentor others
  • A "scale mindset" with a focus on using AI for data collection, developing reusable process concepts, and authoring best-practice documentation
  • Ability to handle 4-5 concurrent deployment engagements
  • Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills

About The Role
As we rapidly expand, we're on the lookout for a
Junior Legal Operations Specialist
with 2-3 years of experience. If you're a proactive lawyer who is excited to learn, build solid in-house experience, and contribute meaningfully to a fast-paced, global legal function - we want you on our team

Key Responsibilities

  • Contract Support: Draft, review, and edit standard agreements such as employment contracts, NDAs, vendor agreements and contract addenda.
  • Employment Lifecycle Legal Support: Assist in onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation across multiple jurisdictions, with a strong understanding of process compliance.
  • Legal Research and Advisory: Conduct legal research across multiple regions, summarizing jurisdiction-specific employment laws and prepare legal briefs, country playbooks, and compliance summaries to support internal legal decisions and client advisory.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to provide legal support.
  • Process Improvement & Documentation: Support the creation of legal templates, internal playbooks, and SOPs to enhance team efficiency.

What We Are Looking For

  • Qualifications & Experience
  • Law Degree (LLB/JD) from a recognized university.
  • Bar membership or qualification in any country.
  • 2–3 years' experience in an in-house legal department
  • Exposure to employment law, commercial contracts, or global HR-related work
  • Skills & Qualities
  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Eagerness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative approach.
  • Language Proficiency:
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Proficiency in another language (e.g., French, Spanish, German, Arabic) is a plus.
