Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience of 1 to 3 years in retail or grocery management is required, supporting department operations efficiently.
- Proven knowledge and expertise in the grocery sector (Mandatory skill), contributing to inventory and merchandising success.
- Background in retail operations (Mandatory skill), ensuring seamless in-store processes and superior customer experience delivery.
- Strong ability to manage inventory levels, organize stock, and forecast product needs to minimize out-of-stock and reduce excess inventory.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, able to motivate team members to achieve departmental and store sales targets consistently.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the capability to address concerns, resolve issues, and enhance the shopping experience.
- Expertise in shrinkage control techniques to minimize losses and maintain profitability within the department.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on collaboration, coaching, and operational coordination among team members.
